4 station circuit.
30 yards between each station.
3 reps - 4 minutes on, 2 minutes recovery x 3.
Station 1 -
Straight line Dribble with ball as fast as you can.
Station 2 -
Pass ball down side of ladder, quick feet through the ladder, dribble ball through poles.
Station 3 -
Dribble in and out of mannequins.
Station 4-
Dribble up to Hurdle, pass under and jump over x 4.
Players keep going at full pace until 4 minutes are up.
