ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: 

7v7 (5v2+2v5) focusing on Back Line Build-up and Support Play

• 5V2+1 in one area to begin as red team build to play forward from a back 4 plus a HMF
• GK passes to CB who plays FB to HMF to a ST in other zone.
• Both FB's move forward to support and 2 CB's move to mark 2 ST's
• The game is now 4v5+1 in other zone as blue defend the goal
• If red score, the blues build and FB's return to own half
• If blue win ball, red prep to press in first 3 secs - if they don't gain ball, the FB's return
• If the ball goes out of play off of a particular team, possession begins with the GK
