Adaptations to the Practice (Progression/Regression, Challenges')
Once Challenages are set work for 1 minute to see how many times they can dribble through a gate (Individual targets).
2. Repeat this process and then on coaches command transfer to opposite box.
3. Through central gates as quickly as possible whilest keeping the ball close and under control.

Transition
For Transition to skill practice increase area size to 35m2 with 15m2 (x4) boxes around the area and a 5m channels.
3 players occulpying each end of the box opposite each othe, 1 player passes the ball to the opposite player where he then proceeds to dribbling through either of the 2 gate siituated in the other corners whilest under pressure from the player who passed the ball.

Conditions / Targets Planned
Area size 35m2 with 4 corner zones occupied by 2 players from each team (in oppostions half)
4v4 on the pitch where players can dribble through gates situated in play to score points for there team. Also dribbling into the corner zone to release the player and take there place.
Progressions / Regressions (Alteration in Practise Layout / Transition Required)
Every player must dribble the ball into the corner zone and release the play and take his place in the zone, and the new player then dribbles the ball back into the game. Once every player has done this only then can they stay in play creating an overload potentially and having a shot at goal.
Each player must try and complete 3-5 dribbles through the centtr gates.

Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Practice is set for 12 players. Area size can be adapted on number of players. There is a large corned area 15m2 with gates positioned in the centre of 30m2 box. Players are to apply the 2 boxes in opposite corners and simply dribble around the area.
Having loads of touches of the ball whilest dribbling around the box
30 seconds using there laces,.
30 seconds outside of the foot.
30 seconds of inside of the foot.
Then Repeat this process with the left foot, then add gates around the boxes and set challanges.
Players are bibbed up before the session starts, spare footballs are located around the session.
The ball will start within one of the boxes
