Speed Endurance (Ext) (20 mins)

Speed edurance.

Groups of four passing and moving in centre circle until coach claps then player in possession passes to coach. All four players sprint around the first cone running on to a pass from the coach (between penalty spot and edge of D) first to the ball shoots (3 sec shot clock). All four players then recovery run to sideline and snake run back to start position.

3 x 4 reps with 2 mins rest. Constraints - Keep ball in the air, keep ball in the centre circle (v -GK).
