Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): midfield triangles passing pattern

Organization

We are placing on the field with a 2 and 3 wide open with the triangle on the middle 6,8,10 and the 7 and eleven

Instructions:

if the ball start on the 2 we will look for the 6 the must check and find the pass to the 8, 8 will look to change the direction on the play looking for the 11 as the 11 recived the ball number 10 must check to create a given and go with #10 and we will pass back to 3 and re start fron the other side

Coaching Points we will work on timing to move off the defender the body position to received the ball and thr first touch to place the ball to keep the ball moving we are looking to challange player to look up as they recived the ball and scan the field before they recived the ball
