Organization
30 x 20 grid
2 teams
4-8 players per team
teams play towards opposite goals
Instructions
-players will combine to score with a one touch finish
-A will play a pass to B, B will take a touch forward nd serve the ball in towards goal
-After a played the pass they will continue there run to get on the end of the serve from b and score using a one touch finish.
-C will collect the ball and take it back the the end of the line
-A will rotate to B and B will rotate to C
-After a set amount of time have the players rotate the opposite way with the balls now coming in from the opposite side.
Competition
- After a set amount of time both team will have 1 minute on coaches command to see how many goals they can score as a team.
Goal Keepers
-During this activity will play in goal monitoring the threat from wide areas seeing if they can intercept before the ball reaches the target
-observation is key and bravery 1v1 against the goal scoring player to get to the oncoming ball first.

Progressions
-choose one player off each team to become a keeper in the opposing teams goal.

Instructions
-players now have to score while facing pressure from a defender then the goalkeeper using the same combination but this time position specific with a 9 added in
-the game starts by a pass played from the 10 into the 9 then back to the 10.
-the 9 must start level with the defender and can not be offside when the pass is played
-players now rotate up in positions 10 to 7& 7 to 9 there will also be a ball collector the 9 will become this player after they shoot
Goal keepers will now look to use the interceptions and distribution from the first two activities and once the ball is won look to transition quickly finding the defender with a quality serve.
defensive organisation will also be key in this numbers down activity.

two lines of cones per team
Instructions
-players will pass then move through the cones performing the stretches of coaches choice
-Pattern 1
*A passes to B then moves through the cones then rotates to B
*B passes to C then moves through the cones then rotates to C
*C plays a pass to the next A inline and rotates to the back of the A line.
-Patter 2
*A passes to B then moves through the cones then rotates to B
*B passes a through ball for C to run onto then moves through the cones then rotates to C
*C plays a pass to the next A inline and rotates to the back of the A line.
Goalkeepers will work with their hands on distribution from A and distribution with feet from B & C
coaches choice of distribution but emphasis quality of serve to players feet a playing a ball that is easily controlled.
