1v1's - Ball (10 mins)
Organisation - Boys are split into 3's and work 1 minute as attackers or defenders then swap. Defenders must start by the flat disc in the middle of the area.
Attackers start with the ball and attempt to dribble through 1 of the 2 gates opposite, If the defender wins the ball they can score in one of the gates opposite.
P = Coach plays ball into the middle for players to react and play 1v1.

Organisation - Boys split into 6 teams.
Gold Pitch - Big goals
Silver Pitch - Target Goals
Bronze Pitch - Dribbling gates

Defenders - tag the attacker before they run through one of the gates
P - Continous game until one of the players get through a gate and score, once tug become the defender and try to regain becoming the attacker etc.
