Dimensions: 30x60 Rectangle with line in the middle + 2 Triangles 5X5X5
Duration: 20 Minutes (4 minute games 1 minute rest)
Work to Rest: High (4 minute games 1 minute rest)
Objective: To combine and move off the ball to break lines off a pass
Coaching Points:

Example
Red team will be possessing against Green team Blue team will be neutrals
Red team will look to find targets (Blue A and D) to find a point
Blue B and C will be neutrals in possession
Defending team will be divided into 2 (Each has their own box to defend)
Attacking team will stay on the line of the outside of the grid
Once ball is won from defending team, they will find a neutral or target and open up to outside
Team that lost possession will collapse into the middle to defend.

Once the team finds both targets the attacking team will then look to make a run into the zone to finish in a 1v1 with the keeper.

Dimensions: Full Field with Grid with of the 18 yard box
Duration: 15 minutes (6 minute halves 2 minute halftime)

Objective: To implement combinations and movement off the ball to break lines off a pass to goal

Warm up
Warm Up: 3-person Passing and Moving.
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Dimensions: 8X8 Square 3 Players per square
Focus: Physically and Mentally preparing to break lines (On and off the ball)
Example
Players 1, 2, and 3 will be set up with one ball
There will be support on either side of the player with the ball
Player 1 on the ball will pass the ball to either teammate (2 or 3)
After the ball is passed, Player 1 will move to the empty space across the box and do a specific warm-up movement
As Player 1 moves to the other side of the box, the player that did not receive the ball will take Player 1's space and wait to receive the ball.
This will rotate until the warm-up is done.
