in this drill what you want to do is receive the ball on a half turn to face the back board and do a one to with it as you receive the ball from it you half turn drible around the cone and left foot pass to the player and repeat this 3 times.
equipment needed is a bounce board, 3 cones and a player and a football.
coaching point - ask for the ball
progression - take the least amount of touches as posible
regression - scan before receiving the ball.

what you will do with this drill is pass the ball to an outside player as the ball is traveling you scan left and right look back at the ball while its coming at you and half turn and go to the next player, you do this at your own pace.
the area is a circle that the out side players will create you have 5 players on the outside and 5 on the inside with the footballs and after 3 minutes you switch
equipment needed is a 5 footballs.

rondos - In a 4 × 4 circle, there are 2 players in the center and 8 players outside. The guy on the outside who touched the ball last moves into the middle if the defender in the middle touches it.
coaching point - take least amount of touches possible
progression - add another player to the middle of the circle
regression make the circle bigger to make the people on the inside work harder.
equipment needed is 3 bibs and a football
