⚽Practice Organization

• The aim of this exercise is to enhance break passing and aiming-goal hitting capacity
• Players pass the ball and after a break back pass, are expected to hit the ball clean and apparently to hit the target

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Passing principles
• Aim before hitting the ball
• Body posture and positioning before hitting the ball
• Clean contact with the ball
• Use of both feet
• Space awareness while aiming-timing of hit
• Of ball momentum, adjust shoulder height and speed when reaching the ball
• Adjust steps before hitting the ball, alternate your stride length
• After each attempt the feeder has to collect the ball and return it at the start of the exercise
• Hitting spot 12 meters from goalpost
• Passer and feeder distance 10 meters
• Feeders have to break the ball in an appropriate manner so the upcoming teammate can hit the ball easier(assist your teammate)
• Praise the players and motivate the to hit the target as many times as possible 
• keep for 10 minutes

⚽Progressions

• Increase aiming distance
• Call the feeders to provide inappropriate passes(increase the rate of difficulty)
• Keep a record for each player in order to evaluate their development
