SUPPORT PLAY WITH ONE/TWOS &TIMING MOVEMENTS (DIAMOND CIRCUIT) -15 mins
ORGANIZATION
12- 14 PLAYERS, balls, cones, poles
OBJECTIVES
Ball speed (correct weight of the pass) timing of runs, pass accuracy.
INSTRUCTIONS
In an area of 35 x 20 yards, set up a diamond shape area with one mannequin or pole at each edge of the diamond along side with a cone placed 2 to 3 yards out of the mannequin.
Two groups of 4 players positioned across each other and the remain players positioned alongside the diamond.
Activity starts from player A, making eye contact with player B, that will create a separation from the defender to receive the pass from player A, Player B upon receive the pass will play one time to player C, and player C will lay off the pass to player B and spin around to receive the pass back, and play one time pass to player D, and the sequence initiates at the opposite side.
