Aerobic exercise 20 mins
Players run to the first cone, then jog back. This repeats 5 times, then they move to the next cone, then the next etc.

Players play a pass diagonally from goal line
Shooters take one touch and shoot
Follow pass
Coaching points-
Shoot with inside of foot or laces. Ensure non-kicking foot is positioned at side of ball.
Shoot to the corner of the goal if possible

Small sided game 15 mins
3 teams in different colours. Can score in any of the goals.
Coaching points
Players should be looking for the quick switch of play at all times
Players to stay wide when in possession
Look for 1v1s when in wide areas
Looking for space
Passing to the appropriate colours
Try to shooy as early as possible
