Rapid Shooting 2:
Four stations at top of box: Shots are low, hard, and to corners. Ball played to flag must be firm but not too hard that player running on cant get to it. The cross should be hard on the ground and towards top of the box for players running on.
The run to the ball to the flag must be in a small arc to get the body position necessary for the cross. This is critical to delivering the ball properly.
