4 Finishes
Player lined up at mannequins is working, everyone else is a server.
Starts with a check around one of the side mannequins, player receives turns and shoots, repeat with the opposite side.
Once player has shot twice they must sprint back around the single mannequin and prepare for a cross, repeat with opposite side.
Wide players must check around the pole with their hips open and in the correct shape to go forward.
All of this is done at maximum speed and intensity.

Pass to shoot
#6 serves to #9 who lays the ball off to #8
#8 passes diagonally to #10 who finds the #9 checking and makes a turn around the Manequin or Cone.
Progress to other side have #6 play to #9 who gives to #10 who passes diagonally to #8 who finds #9 checking and Turns around Cone/Manq to Shoot
progress adding a defender.

C - player does skill dribbling around the cones and then has to turn and shoot
