Playing out from the back technical practice (unopposed)
This is an ideal way to create patterns suitable for the team and put start getting them familiar with principles of playing out from a goal kick. The black team will be only shadowing opposition, not trying to intercept or tackle at this point.
Challenges: increase the speed of passing and intensity of movement off the ball, creating angles for the player on the ball.
Be patient on the ball and wait for players ahead to create pockets to work in.
A progression of this is the small sided game in the next screen.
