Two Groups. 40m Forward Shuffle (lower to the ground in an explosive stance). Sharp Side High Knees at Turn 1, 60% Forward Run from Turn 2 to Turn 3. At Turn 3, change direction at pace back to opposite Groups SP. Both Groups start at same time in a train formation.
Complete 3 Laps using Left Push Off Leg then go opposite direction on grid, completing 3 Laps using Right Push Off Leg.
