Zonal Game (20 mins)
Field divided into 3rd's, one team is positioned in each grid, the team in the center grid is the defending team. 5v2, team in possession looks to put 5 passes together before splitting the middle 3rd and playing the ball to the other end.

3 Zone Game (20 mins)
Two zones seperated by a neutral area, the two zones represent the two attacking thirds. Game begins with the white team attacking the goal defended by the yellow team after attack is over or yellow wins the ball the attempt to work the ball into the neutral area and attack the goal defended by the blue team. Team that lost the ball can win ball back and go to Goal.
