Pass and Move (10 mins)

5 v 5 Possession box.

Players are just encouraged to keep the ball moving, find as much space as they can, and communicate effectively.

After a set number of minutes, swap the teams over.

Progressions could be limited touches, 2 touch on the inside of the box, 1 touch on the outside.

Small Possession Box (10 mins)

Only for starting 10 outfield players.

Each small box is 5 yards by 5 yards.

2 teams of five, fast passing possession game.

The team with the ball has to keep it in their half, and make 10 passes beifre two players from the opposition can press them and win the ball back.

If the ball goes out of play, the team with the ball has to start the 10 passes again.

A different 2 from the defending team has to go to win the ball each time.
