3 Players Dribbling Circuit (15 mins)

3 Player Technique drill that encourages directional changes, variation in dribbling speeds, creative skill to change direction and passing around corners.

The drill starts from either of the blue cones with the player in possession of the ball dribbling at a 50% pace.

Once they arrive near the yellow cone (The shaded red area) they must choose a direction to direction (left or right) to dribble through the red cone gate. The player will perform a skill within the red shaded area to practice utilising skills to beat what would be their opposing player.

Once they change direction, the player will dribble at a faster pace to skip away from the space towards the gates.

When they break through the gates they will play a pass to the player on the opposite Blue cone located centrally within the drill.

The passing player will then join the blue cone behind the receiving player to complete the cycle.
