Warm up 


  • a 6v6 warmup with no goalkeepers
  • game of handball
  • players can not move when holding the ball only pivot
  • minmum of 10 passes before scoring

Unopposed drill 


  • Player 1 will start with the ball and will pass it through to player 2
  •  Player 2  will lay it off to player 3 who will make an accurate pass to player 4
  •  Player 4 will then pass it to player 5 and the same sequence will happen on the other side of the box
  • Focus on crisp accurate passes and a good set so player 3 or 7 can get a good pass off easily. Each player will follow their pass.

Opposed drill 


  • in this drill the drill starts with 1 player from each team in the middle and 1 player from each team on all 4 corners
  • the ball is played into the square where it is a 1v1 between the 2 players for the ball, once someone wins the ball their goal is to play a 1 2 with an outside teammate to unlock them to come into the square and help
  • all 1 2 passes must be first time from the outside player
  • first team to unlock all 5 teammates win
