Rondos 4x2 + Posicionamiento Defensivo
Posiconamiento en Profundidad colocados jugadores que juguen en posiciones centricas (Centrales , Mediocampos, Porteros)
Posicionamiento en Amplitud (Laterales o Extremos)
Normas:
- Se juega 4x2
- Si roban el balón los dos jugadores interiores, tendrán que atacar las pòrterías pequeñas
- Jugadores colocados en amplitud, tendrán que hacer ayudas a los jugadores colocados delante de las porterías para evitar que haya gol
Rondos 4x2 + Defensive Positioning
Depth Positioning with players playing in central positions (Centre backs, Midfielders, Goalkeepers)
Positioning in Depth (full backs or wingers)
Rules:
- Play 4x2
- If both inside players steal the ball, they have to attack the small goals.
- Players positioned wide will have to help the players in front of the goals to prevent goals being scored.
