First part;

As a couple practice punching with 2 hands and fall down on shoulder, 

12 Total = 6 each 

Why? 

To prepare body movement and cognitive action to cut the ball in the air before the player.

Second part:

GKC Through the ball to the first part of the goal, gk attack the ball before the dummy and try to punch the ball to the small ball. GK in the small goal has to react quick.

GK'S make a rotation and do it 4 times.

WHY?

To improve the right movement to the ball when we stand diagonal like in the game

To improve punching with two hands during we will attack the ball.

THIRD PART:

GK'S Competition as a couples 

There is two gk's that cross the ball from the side and they 2 options to shoot on the dummy and touch= 2 points or to cross the ball to the fairest gk in the last goal and he can punch the ball to the big goal =1 point. 

If the gk in the big goal recognize that the ball go the dummy height he must to punch, if its over he will catch and try to score on of the goals by throwing over the head, and the last option if the ball go to the far gk he needs to get back to line and react 

If gk in one of the small goal catch after the punching they gonna ply 2v1 in 3 sec must 1 pass between (its meaning that the punching wasn't good enough) 

. 

The couple that score most WIN.

WHY?

First to put more decision making in crosses and realize where is the ball going

There is a few actions in one cross that can happened- everyone needs to be award and ready to react in ATT or DEF.
