Introduction Phase:
- 6(+4) vs 4 in central zone, 2 vs 1 in ´build-up´ wide zones
- 5 passes for Blue, then play through ball into ´attacking´ wide zones
- Blues in wide zones can only enter attacking zone after through ball (´offside line´)
- Last through-ball can come from central zone or from wide zone.
- Blue wide player then crosses hard & flat into mini-goals before re-joining wide zone.

Expansion Phase:
- corners cut-off
- 8v8
- 4v5 in central zone
- 2v1 in wide zones
- Central defenders cannot go into wide zones
- Defensive team play into mini-goals after winning ball
- promote wide overloads

- This game-based phase is designed for a training without goalkeepers (hence the mini-goals)
