PRACTICE ORGANISATION:
20 x 30 yards. 13 players, 6 v 6 + 1 neutral player.
Practice starts with ball rolled out by GK. Balls by each goal. Each team aims to score in opponent's goal while playing ball through each third.
Attacking team receives from GK and is able to transfer one player into mid third to combine with N to make 4 v 2.
Other A stays back and marks D who cannot retreat to defend.
Ball played into attacking third and A can move up to make 2 v 2. Ds become attackers when they win possession.

- Moving forward with the ball quickly to combine with N and create overload.
- Selection/Execution of passes.
