3 cone passing drill.
2 players stand behind 3 cones with a 1 player having a ball with 1 goal keeper working, or both players having a ball when 2 goal keepers are working.
Goal-keeper moves over to each end of the cone to receive the ball, calling out the players name and type of pass to receive.
Goal-keeper then takes a touch outside of body to play to other receiver and repeat on the other side.
Progression:
Goal-keeper controls the ball using other types of touches. (outside of foot) the plays the ball to a selected target outside the area.

'L' Footwork and Handling drill.
Depending on numbers either 1 or 2 goal-keepers can begin in the drill, starting opposite to each other.
Keeper begins by setting between the 2 cones to receive from server in-front of them, once collected returns ball to server, Keeper then moves aroud the corner cone to set between two other cones where they will face a shot coming from either directly ahead or diagonally infront to work on angles.
Progression:
Once collecting the first serve the keeper can send the ball to waiting striker who can shoot either first time or can take a touch then shoot.

Square movement drill.
Keeper stands in middle of 4 cone/marker square, each point is given a number that the server will call, once called out the keeper quickly moves over and returns to the middle to collect a shot from the server.
Once the keeper has saved he can play the ball out to the outside strikers by either rolling or throwing.
Strikers again have the choice to take a touch and shoot at the keeper or take a touch down the line to cross for the other striker and force the keeper into a decision.

Football Volleyball (15 mins)
Depending on numbers, 1v1 or 2v2. Game phase begins with a serve with either feet or hands over the net.
Players must return the ball over the net on the full using head or feet.
Progression:
Return must be 2 touch using a foot-head or head-foot combination.
players can only use their hands/heads to return the ball over the net.
If playing 1v1 players are abe to set to selves then spike.
