Organisation
Two teams in a 20m x 35m area with a team starting in each half. The team objective is to make a set number of passes within their half to score a point. Ball starts with the coach who rolls the ball in to one of the teams. The team who is not in possession is allowed to send 2 players from their into the opposition half to win the ball. Once the ball is won by the 2 pressing players they pass the ball to the team mates in their half where they join their team mates and attempt to score a point through an accumulation of passes. The previous possession team will send 2 of their players to win the ball back. If the ball goes out play is restarted from the coach.

Organisation
3 teams start inside an 20m x 35m area which is split into halves. Each team starts with a ball and attempts to pass the ball quickly and continuously from end to end ensuring that every player on their team touches the ball before playing the final pass into the end zone. Players receiving the final pass must time their runs into the end zone rather than waiting in the end zone. Once in the end zone play will restart going back the other way. Incorporate dynamic stretches during rule changes.
