Set Up: 7x7 grid, have several grids set up for several groups.
Description: 4v1 Rondo. First have the defender only win the ball from a pass not directly from the attacker. If they win the ball or is in for more than a minute have them switch with an attacking player.
Coaching Points:
1. Weight and Accuracy of the pass.
2. Movement off the ball to create passing angles.
3. Communication
4. keep the ball (dribble) to make defender to commit
5. playing with head up
6. opening body with first touch to create options.
Progresssion: Defender can win the ball at any time.

Setup:
Area 20 by 20 yds wth Goals in each Side line.
Set up Orange goals and Blue goals
Description: (1v1)
Attacking team starts with ball. PLAYERS have the ball
First Player in the line of attack can go and score on farthest two goals across the field
Player on opposite team across from player starting with ball defends. If Defender wins the ball they can attack opposite goals

Set Up: 30x20y 1 big goal, with 2 smaller counter goals, 2 teams 1 team in 2 lines by the post of big goal. 1 team a mid line.
Description: Starting in a 3v1. Ball gets played into the GK and one blue defender runs in from the top to pressure the ball. The purple team trys to score in one of the 2 small goals. Once the ball goes out of bounds 2 new purple and 1 new blue come in and ball is played to gk again.

Progression:
Add numbers to make 4v2, 5v3 etc.. according to ability level While adjusting space (size of field)

Set up: 6v4 situation playing space about 45x70
Description: Half the time each team plays with numbers up situation. Every time the ball goes out of bounds, goal scored it starts again with gk of the numbers up team. Building out of the back.

Descritpion:
Teach the players the first 6 dribble coerver activities
1. Bell (ball bounced inbetween both feet back and forth)
2. Roll (ball is rolled with the bottom of foot from right to left continuous acoss body)
3. Pull back push out (roll ball back to body with bottom of foot, push back out with laces of same foot, alternate feet)
4. Bell roll out pop back in (bell into roll ball outside of body with bottom of foot, pop back into frame of body with inside of foot, alternate foot)
5. Bell roll across (bell then roll the ball across body with bottom of foot, bell then opposite foot)
6. Bell into "L" turn
