Option 1 (20 mins)

Playing out from the back:

Here, the red team try and play out fron the back against the blue team who are operating with a high press.

The red team are operating under a 1-3-5-2 formation.

The blue team are operating under a 1-4-3-3 formation.

Scoring System is:

Attacking team-

1 goal for every time 3 goals are scored in the middle net.

1 goal for every time 5 goals are scored in the wide nets.

Defending team-

1 goal everytime they score.

Option 2 (20 mins)

Playing out from the back:

Here, the red team try and play out fron the back against the blue team who are operating with a high press.

The red team are operating under a 1-3-5-2 formation.

The blue team are operating under a 1-4-3-3 formation.

Scoring system is:

Attacking team-

1 goal every 5 times they build out and pass into the scoring zone and make a combination. This can be via a third man run as shown above. You can access the scoring zone any way that is obviously allowed within the Laws of the Game.

Defending team-

1 goal everytime they score in the big goal.

When attacking team make it into the scoring zone they should try and prevent the combination and turn the ball over. However, if the combination does occur the play carries on with one of the defensive team going and getting one of the balls behind the scoring zone and starting an attack of their own.
