Organisation:
- 3 teams (Reds, Blues, Yellows)
- Approx 18x24yrd grid (adjustable to age group and ability)
- no. balls: 5
Instructions:
- Reds vs Blues inside the grid, Yellows are wall players for Reds.
- Blues are disruptors/interferors (can't tackle, can deny passing options by getting in the way of passing lane / marking players, and can block ball away but their own ball must be at there feet).
- Scoring system: Reds score 1 point for 5 consecutive passes, break a line between 2 disruptors for 1 point. Blues score 2points if they force reds to lose possession or ball goes out of grid.
- Yellows are static on cone line but can face all directions.
- Rotate team roles (disruptors, wall players, team in possession)
Coaching Points:
- Same as previous screen.
- Use outside players when needed (under pressure in a tight spot)
- When is the time to look for quick points - breaking lines (i.e. gaps in disruptors and teamates in space through gaps)?
- When is the time to keep possession and go for a 5 passes point (caught in tight areas, disruptors are compact)?
Progressions:
- 2/3 touch
- Progress to 4v4 full pressure inside grid, neutral wall players on the outside (can move up and down their line).
- Scoring system: 1 point for 5 passes, 1 point for breaking lines
- Additional progression to scoring system: score 2 points if team in possession recieves the ball from a wall player and can transfer the ball as a team to the wall player that is opposite to the one the ball was recieved from.

- Outside neutral wall players (can each move up and down in both halfs of there line).
