Defending player starts by passing the ball across field to an attacker.
The opposite defender will make a recovery run to support his teammate, while the opposite attacking player will provide support leading to a 2vs2 with a possible finish and/or shot on goal.
All four players will go back to there positions, the attacking team will now start with the pass and defend vs the two players who defended a moment ago. Once they've rotated, the next in each line will go.

Territory, is a simple enough game where teams of 3 compete for the chance to attack goal.
The shaded areas represent safe zones where the attackers can't have the ball taken from them, however, the closer to goal they get, the smaller the safe zones get making it harder for them to pass into space and break through the defending three.
If the attacking team loses the ball, they will replace the team who took the ball from them, that team will then need to retreat back to the first shaded zone before attempting to gain territory themselves.

Simple Passing Circuit (10 mins)
Simple passing circuit, moving the ball from one corner to the next.
Players in the centre will receive the ball with a wide stance, taking it side on and then playing the ball out in front of the feet of the wide players.
Players follow there pass.
Drill designed to keep it simple, but switch on brains and get players thinking about there shape and movement.
