Setup:
-create two areas with cones about 15 yards apart (adapt for age/ability/numbers); split players into 2 groups, one 2-3 players per end or depending on numbers
-8 cones
-8 to 12 players
Activity:
Play starts with a player running with the ball through the zone and makes a diagonal pass through the big gate to opposite player, and the sequence continues (1).
Score 1 point for making diagonal pass through big gates
Progression:
- Go 1v1.
Coaching Points:
-Play with head-up, scanning as much as possible (be aware of space).
-Good 1st touch into space.
-Attack the space with speed; big touches out of feet.
-Accurate pass through gate.

Each player with a ball, RWB and execute moves ( scissor, double scissor, U turn, step over turn, inside cut, outside cut, pull back etc) Work on dominant /non dominant foot. 5-10 minutes
