Set up
Group split up into three. Center backs and center mid in box A rest in Box B.
Organization
Box A Ball starts with keeper. The aim is to get the ball to one of the two players out of the end zone 8 or 10. 1 passes to center backs (option 1). 10 and 8 may move into box but must keep one high at all times. White are looking to win the ball and counter attack to goal. Only one defender goes in (takes turns) when possession is won both attackers may attack.
Box B 3v2 red look to dribble or pass out one side of box white do the same.
