Organization:
Instructions: Players spread out throughout the given area with a ball at their feet. Coach introduces the outside cut to the players. When coach holds up one finger this means the players have to dribble with the laces/outside of the foot, when coach holds up 2 fingers it means the players have to dribble using toe taps, if coach holds up 3 this means the players have to dribble around using side to side technique. When coach holds up 4 the players have to show the outside chop.
Coaching Points/Questions: Are your heads up so you can see the defenders and coaches instructions? Are you taking lots of little touches? How fun is the new move you just learned?
Regressions/Progressions: Add sharks or defenders

Organization: Players lined up on line in ready position looking at coach so he can show them a new move: inside chop.
Instructions: When activity starts, players are with a ball dribbling throughout the area (mixture of everything they have learned; small touches, big touches, inside, outside, sole. When players reach a cone they have to do an outside chop and then move on to a new cone. Most points wins.
Coaching Points/Questions: Would you have faked out the cone if he was a defender?
Regressions/Progressions: Replace cones with people or coach/add more

Instructions: Players lined up on the side of the field, each given a number 1-4. When coach calls the numbers, the player with that number from each team has to try to get to the ball first. Whoever gets to the ball first has to use an outside cut to push them in one of the directiions of the four corner boxes. Player achieves a goal by using the outside cut to manipulate his way to the box he wants, but then when arriving at the box has to stop the ball in ready position without the defender winning the ball. If the defender or last person to get to the ball manages to win the ball he or she has to do the same thing (use the outside cut to get to a box and then stop in ready position).
Coaching Points/Questions: Does it feel like you are going skiing when you do the outside cut and change direction?
Regressions/Progressions: more players, add a pass before getting in the box.
