Session Objective:Ball mastery.
Organisation:25x25 yds every player has a ball try had have as many touches as possible we aim for 1000 touches,use every part of foot,toe taps, drag backs, turns, roll overs and stepovers.

Session Objective:Ball Protection/Possession
Organisation:Player A passes into Player B who gain control of the ball and shields it from player C who has run in to apply pressure and try and get a touch on the ball. Player A now comes and supports Player B who then lays a simple pass off to player D. The roll is now reversed starting at player D TO C,B applies pressure and D supports and lays off a pass to A. Rotate positions.
Key Factors: BODY SHAPE,RECEIVE SIDE ON SO YOU CAN SEE AROUND YOU,COMMUNICATION,STRENGTH.

Session Objective:Ball protection/ Possession.
Organisation:Two pitches with players split up 3v3 and an overloaded team 5v3.
Key Factors: 3v3 game each player on receiving the ball must try and shield it for 4/5 seconds team mates come and support them and offer an option. Goals only scored in last third.
3v5 game same pricipal with shielding the ball only the team of 5 must just retain the ball whilst the team of 3 try and score goals.
Rotate teams so each team plays each format.
