Technical Warm-up: (make it a competition!)
1) Receiving and pass with inside of same foot (Two touch)
2) Receive and pass with opposite foot.(Two touch)
3) Receive with inside, touch with outside and pass (all with same foot > 3 touches)
4) Receive & turn + cut it back.
5) Receive - roll across + pass.
6) directional touch with pressure
7) ***20 yards away. now work on striking the ball with the sweet spot. Plant foot needs to be pointed towards player you are passing to.

1v1 progress to 3v2 to Goal
1) First defender starts at the top corner of 6 yard box and passes ball into attacker on the corner of 18 yard box. 1v1 to goal
- Play 2-3 minutes and switch roles.
Progression:
2) 2v2 to goal
3) 3v2 to goal
Coaching points: More observation and not too much coaching. if offensive players are struggling may need to make it bigger.
