Coaching the Blues and conditioning the Reds.

Start off central then progress inviting wide players.

Opposed.

Reds start with ball by a player passing into the playing area to a team mate.

Keeper commincates with his defenders.

Blues must press to attempt to win the ball back.

Can they forces the reds back? Can the blues win and keep the ball? 4 defensive passes = goal.

The reds are conditioned to shoot at goal with 10 seconds.

Play restarts when a goal is scored or the ball is out of play.

Wide players are brought in.

Keeper communicates with the defenders.

Can blues press to win the ball? Can the blues win the ball and pass to their left back or right back?

Marked target zones are for the wide players only.

The blues must have 10 seconds after winning the ball to make a pass to the wide players running into the target zones.

Oppostion wide players must track back.

The reds is conditioned to create the space to get a shot on goal. Decision making.
