Key Factors:
Players on the outside are feeders. Players in the middle work in pairs, one player completes one task on the outside then swaps over with the person in the middle. Player in the middle is juggling the ball 5 times before going to a feeder on the outside. Each group works for 90secs with a 15secs change over. Players can't go to the same task one after another. Progress to a point system where players get points for each completed task and for each juggle they do.
1 - Accelerate around the cone, feeder plays the ball up for a back tracking header
2 - Balance ball, player stands on it then completes a volley back to the feeder with both feet
3 - Hoping over hurdles with one foot, balncing on the foot for 2 secs before hoping over next hurdle then balancing on foot for 2 secs and playing a volley back to feeder without that foot touching ground then the same back over the hurdles to the box
4 - Shuffling in and out cones and reacting to what type of ball the feeder plays then backwards through the cones to the box

Key Factors:
Working on speed endurance for the full backs and wide player. They will consistently be running upand down the channels toget crosses in.15min drill, working for 3 mins, resting for 2.
2v2 in each zone plus 4 neutral wide players. Start from GK, play
ball to opposite zone where a striker and No10 will be. Player that
recieves ball then have to play to wide players who then cross the
ball in for a finish. Score or miss, the next GK starts the game
going the other way. Progress to if a team scores then they get to
attack again i.e red defenders will become attackers to thier own
goal.

Task 2 - Speed and Agility
Key Factors:
Players are numbered 1-2-3. They are to dribble around in the box avoiding bumping into each other trying any skill they want. When the coach shouts their number, they have to accelerate out the box to complete one of the tasksat the outside cones. Each number called every 20secs so the players get 40secs rest in the box. Work for 15mins total with 1 min break between progressions.
1 - simple dribble around the cone then back to the box
2 - dribble around the cones in a zig zag fashion
3 - into the skill box to complete two moves then a turn to change direction to accelerate back to box
4 - dribble in and out the cones
Progress to a point system where they lose points for bumping into each other or touching a cone. Progress by adding a defender/defenders
