Organization: two gates 7 yards from Defender (B) and 14 yards away from Attacker (A)
Description: A tries to dribble through gate before being tackled by B. If B wins ball they can dribble into a designated zone / past A's end zone
Coaching Points: Angle of defender helps decision, timing of move, fakes, body feints, Change of pace, drive at defender (keeps 2 options open), drive at one gate to draw defender and open space at other gate

Organization: 20x25 field of play. Depending on nets available, use additional fields for endzone games (no nets)
Description: 3v3 / 4v4 Free play game (multiple fields). Score on goals or dribble and stop ball in end zone. Play kick in OR Dribble in if ball goes out of play.
Coaching Points: Follow Session topic + General Principles of play
Progressions: 1 ball game (team touches their net after a goal). multi ball game (touch your net after you score). everyone with a ball (dribble around your net after you score)

Organization: 10y x 10y box, all players with a ball
Description: Players dribbling with ball, keeping ball under control while performing a number of basic instructions from the coach (inside, outside, sole, laces, skill). Difficulty increases by demand of ability given by the coach
Coaching points; Lots of touches, emphasize movements, Acceleration after
Progressions: Include dynamics 14 years +. Once warmed up, start a competition for how many gates (between two players) you can dribble through 1 gate = 1pt
