9v4 Possession Game
Time:
(2 minutes per game)
Setup:
25x20 Yards
Players:
4 Reds: Positioned on the outside of the grid, restricted to their own horizontal half. Two-touch limit. Cannot play vertical passes to each other.
3 Yellows: Inside players supporting possession.
4 Blues: Defending team inside the grid.
2 Goalkeepers: Positioned at each end.
Rules:
Reds, Yellows, and Goalkeepers must complete 8 passes (combined) to score a goal.
Red outside players can pass to one another using 1 touch (only sideways), but cannot play vertical passes between each other.
Yellows operate inside the area, working to support possession and break pressure.
Goalkeepers are also limited to 2 touches.
If Blues win possession, they have 6 seconds to score on either goal. Only Yellows may defend them during this transition.
Games run for 2 minutes, after which the 4 Blue defenders rotate out.

Body Positioning: Players should scan and open up their body to receive on the half-turn.
