Set Up
Cones 10 yards apart. Mini cone on top of bigger cone. Slalom pole. Pole 10 yards from cone on cone. Mini goal. Mini goal 15 yards from slalom pole.
Rules and Conditions
Sprint to the First cone and take the small cone off the big cone. Sprint around the slalom pole and out the mini cone back. Attack ball and try to score. First person to score wins.

Coach calls out a number. That player gives the ball away to the attacking team, attacking team to attack, 3v2. Rotate attackers and defenders.

Width of Penalty area upto 25-yard line. Cones from the edge of the 6-yard line as pictures above. Main goal.
Rules and Conditions
Attack vs defense play 2v2 to goal. Cannot leave area marked out by cones. Extend to start working on back 4 organization. One ball. Attackers trying to score by moving the ball across the area. Defenders to prevent penetration and stop the attackers from scoring. Cannot leave their areas.

Attackers can leave their areas but most rotate positions.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric, and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics.
