Organization
- Players split between the 4 corners of the square
- Anything over 3 players at each cone then create a new square
- Use the Full 3v3 Field
- Coach and 3 parents in the centre
Activity
- The players dribble in to the centre where the coach or parent acts as the defender
- The coach makes the players aware that they dirbble in to the centre before turning in anyway they like and head back to the same corner
- The coach then works through 2-3 different turns. Inside hook, outside hook, drag back/pull turn

Organization
- Players in pairs line up opposite eachother in teh middle of a 20x30 box
- One ball between the pair
- Pairs stand around 3 yards apart
Activity
- The players begin by throwing the ball to eachother over 3 yards
- On the coaches go the player with the ball spins and attempts to get to the end line behind them before they are tagged by their partner
- If they make the line they get a point if they get tagged then the tagger gets the point

- After 5-6 goes change the way they move the ball to passing two touch, thsi time the player with the ball when go is called leaves the ball turns and runs to the line. all other rules reamin the same

- 20 x 20 Area
- Players split in two teams
- Each team has one player at opposite ends of the box
Activity
- The players play with the ball in their hands with european handball rules
- Players in possession have only one step to pivot
- Players not on the ball move to create passing options
- To score the players have to get the ball in to the player of their colour at the opposite end of the area

Organization
- Start with two sets of players one with balls and one without
- The Team with the ball start in line with a set of 3 gates
- The opposition start in line with gate two but 10 yards from it horizontally
- The front player of team with the ball (Defenders) passes to the front player of the team without (Attackers)
- The defender then closes the ball
- The attacker attempts to get through one of the three gates
- If the attacker makes it they get a point
- The two teams get 3 minutes each to be attackers
Progression
- Give value to each of the gates depending on their distnace from the defenders
- 1 for 1 - 2 for 2 - 3 for 3

Organization
- Outside area 30x30
- Inside area 5x5
- Players are split in two groups
- One group in the centre
- One group on the outside with a ball each
Activity
- Central players moving around the central area on their toes
- On teh coaches go the central players run out in to the big square and create an angle for one of the outside players to pass to.
- Thre oustide player passes to the inside player who receives and plays back in two touch
- The middle player then must go back to the central square before going and receiving another ball
- Players work for 1 minute and then switch roles
Progressions
- Central players play righ foot only/Left foot only/Alternate feet/one touch
- Central players receive on the half turn and look to play out to another player
- Make it competitive to see who can play the most successful passes
