Organization:-penalty area
-5 GK's

Instructions: 1. Gk's on outside take turns shooting on the goal.
2. If the GK in the goal saves the ball or the ball goes wide, then the GK in goal gets a point.
3. If the GK concedes a goal, then the GK who shot the ball replaces them.
4. GK with the most consecutive points wins.
5. GK's who are shooting can follow up any shots parried within the area.
Coaching Points:-get in line with ball
-move down the ball line to close angle
-Get "set"
-recover quickly
-catch, parry, or deflect
-correct diving/handling technique
Visual Cues:-body language of shooter
-position/flight of ball after it is parried

-white:1 GK, 3 defenders & 1 attacker
-blue: 2 defenders, 1 midfielder, & 2 attackers
-10 total balls
Instructions: 1. Blue team attempts to score on big goal, while white team attempts to score on small goals on opposite end.
2. Blue teams plays against white team 5 v 4.
3. After a goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds, play always restarts with attacking team.
4. Play for a set time, then rotate players.

Instructions: 1. Teams play small side game, 9 v 7(blue vs white).
2. Blue team(attacking team) may shoot on goal right away, while white team(defending team) needs to put three passes together; before they can shoot on goal.
3. If goal is scored, restart with kick in from opposing team GK.
4. If ball goes out of bounds, restart with throw-ins.
5. Play for a set time, then rotate players.

Warm-Up (10 mins)
Organization: -20 by 20 area

Instructions: 1. GK's jog around inside area performing verious soccer movements(jogging, toe taps, etc.).
2. On coaches's command, GK's make diving motion to ball on the ground.
3. GK's hold for three seconds, then return to soccer movements.
4. Following coaches command again, GKs repeat sequence to opposite side.
5. Repeat and play for set time.
Coaching Points:-quick footwork
-step to the front on the side that the ball is going to
-nearest leg to the ball is used to push to drive to the ball
-both hands behind the ball, in "W" catch form
-land on side ball is on, putting ball down first to cushion fall
