DESCRIPTION:
- Objective is to activate the players and prepare them for the topic
- Reds start with the ball, 4v4 attacking and defending 3 gates
- NO tackling
- Possession is given away if the player on the ball gets tagged

DESCRIPTION:
- Reds start with the ball, 4v6 going to goal
- If the yellows win it they can connect with the target or score in the counter goals. If they connect with the target, the target plays the ball back into the reds.

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
