Organization:2 grids, Divide team into 2 groups, each team is placed in their own grid.
Spare balls with coach
Instructions: On coaches signal one team will start with ball and try to maintain possession as the other team sends a defender in, if team in possession is able to pass 5 times without losing possession defending team sends in another player. If defending team wins ball they look to play the ball immediately back into their grid where roles are switched.
Coaching Points:
Support play by players off ball to provide combinations
When in possession play spread out and create number mismatches
Use techniques from previous game

Organization:
1. 15x15 yard area
2. 6 players - 4 attackers and 2 defenders (set up as shown)
3. 1 ball
Instructions:
1. The attacking team plays 4v2
2. Three players operate on the outside of the area and one player inside the area
3. The attacking team attempts to keep the ball away from the two defenders
4. Defenders are not allowed outside the area to tackle
5. The objective for the attacking group is to try and find the central play to combine with
6. If the defending team wins the ball they play 2v1 inside the area
7. Play for a set time limit before rotating defending players
Coaching Points:
1. Keep the ball moving to stretch the two defending players
2. Outside player should focus on body position as when controlling the ball - hips open to play in multiple directions
3. Central player should focus on timing when checking to the ball and the ability to play first time
4. Angles and distance of support from all attacking players is key to maintaining possession
Progressions:
1. Allow defending players to tackle outside players
2. Two touch limit on the outside
3. One touch limit on the inside

Organization:
1.- 20x20 yards area, and a small 5x5 yards area; set up as shown
2.- Players in center box (6), players in outer grid (6)
3.- Players in outer grid with the ball
Instructions:
1.- Players in center area must look for a player with the ball on the outside
2.- They receive a pass and perform a receiving technique (all will be done in order)
a. Inside Touch, pass with same foot
b. Outside Touch, pass with same foot
c. Inside/Outside, pass with opposite foot
d. One touch pass back (Inside)
3.- Players will work for 30 seconds and then switch with outside players
4.- Players should get back to the center area in order to look for a new pass coming from another player
Coaching Points:
1.- Receiving - on ground (inside): Receive with the furthest foot from the ball (Open Door (foot sideways)
2.- Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action
3.- Calling for the ball with confidence-creating good habits
Progressions:
P.- Both groups are able to work at the same time by exchanging positions; players in the middle after playing the ball to the players on the outside should follow the pass; Outside players after receiving the ball must dribble it to the center area then pass the ball to the player that is waiting on the outside.
