Organization:
Players of opposing colors begin facing each other on the outsides of the 20x20 square and play tag to get into either gate they are facing.
Instructions:
On coaches command players race around the red gate to their left and one player attempts to beat the other through a gate without getting tagged. After a few minutes players will swicth rolls from tagger to being tagged.
Coaching Points:
-Players attempting to get through gate should run towards the middle/engage defender to leave two options open.
-Once players engage the defender, they must use a body feint to lose the defender before exploding away.
-Players should lower hips before selling defender and exploding away.
Progressions:
-Introduce a ball and a goal. Coach will now feed ball to either player and now players can dribble through the blue gate or dribble through red gate and finish on goal.
-Players will play 2v2 to goal or pass or dribble through the blue gate.

Dribbling and Moves Warm Up (25 mins)
Organization:
Two perpendicular lines of players lined on a 20 x 20 yard box.
Instructions:
Coaches command players will begin dribbling while keeping their head up to avoid teammates. Depending on where on the line they start will determind if they begin by taking large touches or small touches. On the way back the decisions will flip.
Coaching Points:
-Players must dribble with their head up.
-Players must recognize the open or lack of open space and use touches accordingly.
-Players will use various moves on coaches command and explode into space according to players around them.
Progressions:
-Players will use sole rolls/brushes, scissors, V, Matthews while dribbling with their head up and avoid other players.
-Players will race from one side to the other and back.
