Organization:
An area of 40 x 30 plus 5 yards end zone in each side.
Instructions:
3 v 3 one team attacking by keeping possession and finding a way to score by
dribbling or receiving inside the end zone.
Coaching Points:
1.Spread out to create space.
2. Movement around the ball.
3. Triangulate to create passing angles and chances.
4. Combination play and change the speed of play to beat the defenders.

Organization:
1. 40 x 20 yards.
2. 2 small goals.
Instructions:
4 v 4 small sided game, the players cannot make more then 3 touches.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to create more space and time.
2. Receive toward the direction of the next pass using the back foot.
3. Pick head up and be aware of the surroundings(Pressure, Support).
4. Verbal and visual communication.
5. Spread out.
6. Triangulation to create passing angles and chances.

Organization/Instructions:
A- players pass the ball in one direction and follow the ball, switch direction after some time.
B- Idem as before but now the second pass goes across and after the last pass the player dribbles back to the starting point.
Coaching Points:
1. Get in line of the flight of the ball.
2. Lower center of gravity.
3. Present inside of foot to ball - toe slightly point up.
4. Look at ball as contact is made.
5. Cushion and prepare ball by taking foot away - combine with a slight hop on support foot.
6. Receive toward the direction of the next pass using the back foot.
