Session will always start with the server on the outside in between thecones on half way,
The attacking team (reds) will always receive the ball. Ball is not live untilred player touches the ball, when a play ends in either a goal or ball goesdead the player will start from the server and be delivered to the attackingteam (Red)
Block 1 (3m)
Free Play no challenges. Red must play first pass in same half beforeswitching play, then the reds can look to score in either goal in the oppositehalf.
The defending team look to break up play and win the ball back. if they winthe ball back, they can look to breakout or play ball in to the server or theconed areas
No Restriction to players
challenge - if the switch is too easy and outcome is not positive, lookto challenge reds to get 2-3 passes in before the switch
Block 2 (3 min)
Same format for both teams as block one, but Reds are challenged to play throughthe central cones, encourage them to try this for at least 5-6 goes within theblock
Block 3 (3 mins) competition
Reds must complete 1 pass in half before switch, players can go anywhereand don’t have to stay one side
Defending Team (Blue) win the wall back 1(pt) , if they win the ball backand switch and score (5pts)
Attacking Team (Red) 1pt for switch and 1pt for scoring.

- Distance - Press and stop at the correct distance awayfrom players to stop players passing or going around yourpress easily
- Stop the switch - force players into smaller areas cut off thearea they have to play in (Force Mistakes)
- Communication from team mates to encourage the press and put opposing players under additional pressure
