Screen 1 (15 mins)

2 Team, between 4-6 players per team.

Aim of the game - To win the ball back with in 6 seconds of losing it then maintain possesion.

Rules of the game.

If you lose possession you have 6 seconds to win the ball back otherwise you must retreat to your own half, the opposition may not be tackled in their own half after the 6 seconds.

If you win the ball back within 6 seconds in the opposition half you may shoot, if you win possesion in your own half you have to try to keep possession until the opposistion retreat into their own half.

You can add or remove your own restrictions as you see fit, i.e number of touches, 1 touch finish etc.
