SetUp
3 teams of 3, penalty area. One team defends, one attacks and one rests.
Organization
Defenders in Yellow must work on staying compact and preventing (penetration) shots on goal while staying inside the box. Attacking players must pass the ball to create space to set up a shot on goal.
Progression 1: Attackers must play 3 passes before being able to attempt a shot. Defenders shift with ball movement. If win ball can play out to waiting team for a point.
Progression 2: Attackers can shoot after first pass, full pressure defending with counter goals. Defenders can score 2 points by dribbling to gate or 1 point by passing to waiting team

SET UP: 10x10 yrds 4 cones with even groups lined up behind them.
PROCEDURE: The ball is passed to either the right or left all the way around the groups. When a player is about to receive the ball, the player at the opposite cone presses the player (encouraging to force the pass) to the next player. Once a player passes the ball ball they join the other group beside them. i.e pass right go left. Player pressing joins the goup he is pressing.
PROGRESSION: Pass can go either left or right any time, player pressing to dictate the direction of the pass.
COACHING POINTS: Read the 'trigger', press qucikly, body position, force direction of pass
