Technical Work - 15 Mins
Goalkeeper goes between training poles
Each player on outside has a ball
Player will pass ball to goalkeeper
Goalkeeper saves and distributes back
Goalkeeper then repositions by twisting hips and resetting between other poles
Round 1: Rolls (5Mins)
Round 2: Bounce Windmill (5 Mins)
Round 3: Feet (5 Mins)

After the 4th save keeper will run between gate in the middle and distribute to the opposite side
